    WHAT if I want to drink the anti inflammation elixir you shared in another video…turmeric honey and half cup water…can I do that?? Both of these you say to have before meals

    I love all of the Teas etc you share..but all seem to be before meals…how do you decide which ones to use and how to use multiple drinks???

  6. Two months ago you spoke about drinking dandelion tea with added ingredients first thin in the morning and nite. So what mixer should I be drinking?

  7. Two weeks on and I feel slimmer, not sure if I lost any weight but I feel better and lighter. I don't weigh myself, go by pants size. Want to shift about 15 lbs, as I went up two pants sizes, was horrified when I saw myself on the Ring cam (!!).

    For context hv been v slender my entire life, worked out consistently until orthopedic issues from said workouts so beware. The activity decreased, weight crept up -and so did my appetite which was new for me. Walking is great but the results do not even compare to a daily one hour+ vigorous bike ride.

    I look fwd to this drink every morning; makes me feel great. I take it after a meal, cayenne is rough on empty stomach, take a tbsp of plain yogurt to soothe.

    Twice daily for a couple weeks now, it eliminated the bloat I didn't know I had -that uncomfortable expanded feeling in the stomach; all this time I thought it was a normal, hadn't made the connection.

    I skip honey (b/c of sugar) and straight ACV -wreaks havoc with my digestive system the next morning. I use ACV in a salad dressing and olive oil w/o issue. Also switched to lactose-free milk and yogurt.
