  1. Sounds absolutely yuk, but will try. Can I use real lemon juice. plus do I do this before or after olive oil and Himalayan salt. TY

  2. My problem is that Iā€™m not consistent. Iā€™ve tried it and the mixture does not taste that bad. However, since Iā€™m inconsistent, I donā€™t give the lemon-ACV water a chance to see the benefits Dr. Mandell mentions. However, I will try to do the 7-day challenge.

  4. I take a glass of cooled boiled water with a tblspn braggs and 1 tsp. Manuka honey, never tried it with lemon juice. Isnt it really sour?
