I am also eating less junk and more healthy food, (eg, healthy crackers.)
✅Day 1 – little pain under my knees
✅Day 2 – some pain in my stomach
✅Day 3 – I adapted to the pain a little bit
✅Day 4 – I feel like I’m getting better at it/it’s feeling easier
Tomorrow I’ll try 2 sets of all. (And yes for these four days I’ve been doing just one set.)
✅Day 5 – 2 sets is much more tiring but I still did it
❌Day 6 – I was doing so much today (decorating the christmas tree etc)
✅Day 7 – 2 sets done, still very tiring (no pain)
✅Day 8 – slowly getting used to 2 sets
❌Day 9 – I forgot 💀
✅Day 10 – got un-used to it for not doing it for 1 day

Kinda hurt, prob feel worse tomorrow. it was kinda fun ngl! After you finish and push through it’s not horrible, my lower back kinda hurt but nothing hurt too bad! Surprised! I forced myself to push through lol! I am on my period so i felt sick after.
