  3. If we lose weight by exhaling it, do we then gain fath by inhaling it? Do we inhale our fat back or inhale other people's fat when around people who exhale fat? Trees are not the only ones who inhale … This video is very short and doesn't give proof

  14. I am shocked that people don’t know that the fat cells never go away once you build them. They can get flatter but once you develop the cells they never leave. That’s why it’s hard to lose weight and keep it off versus people who were never fat and just maintain. This video left that important part out.

    For that one hour your brething rate, let's say, is doubled. On day level impact will be then 25/24. And that's how much the said excersise is contributing on your weight loss. Roughly.
