  3. Do you just eat the prosciutto or do something with it first?

  4. When you're in your 20s you barely have to lift a finger to stay fit. Exercising is a snap and eating responsibly is no big deal. Just put your mind to it. After I would say 45 it starts to become a challenge

  5. Can I ask How long did it take you to lose 45lbs?

  6. List 15 lbs in less than 2 months eating large breakfasts for the day. Not dinner. Amazing-!

  7. I cannot eat that much yet still no weight loss after 2+ yrs of carnivore. Still exauhsted too. Had to add back in a little fruit n veggies to at least feel a little better. 😢

  8. No matter what diet you choose you always need fresh veggies and you'll still loose weight. They provide vitamins and nutrients your body needs. Whole foods is best.
