So I eat like this plus a piece of whole wheat toast and some greens juice for fiber with collagen in my coffee and the occasional apple or cucumber with peanut butter and I am not losing anything. I do have PCOS and am 41, but this is getting crazy. I need to see a nutritionist maybe. For referance, I am 5'8" and 235- 242 lbs
