Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water or almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Fresh berries (blueberries or strawberries)
Preparation:
Cook the oats in water or almond milk. Once ready, stir in the protein powder and chia seeds, then top with fresh berries. This breakfast provides fiber, protein, and antioxidants, all while being low in calories.
Mid-Morning Snack

Time: 10:00 AM

Evening Snack (if needed)
Herbal Tea and Dark Chocolate
Time: 8:30 PM
If I feel a bit hungry before bed, I’ll sip on caffeine-free herbal tea, like chamomile or peppermint, and treat myself to a square of dark chocolate (minimum 70% cacao).
Why it’s great:
Dark chocolate satisfies that sweet tooth while offering antioxidants, and herbal teas can help promote relaxation.
Hydration
Throughout the day, I make sure to drink plenty of water—aiming for at least 8-10 glasses. Staying hydrated is essential for fat loss as it aids digestion and helps control appetite.

Glow juice:
beetroot 1/2
+ curry leaves 8 to 10
+ amla 1
+ turmeric 1/2 inch raw
+ cumin seeds 1 tsp
+ 1 glass water
Blend all of this together
Strain with a muslin cloth/ strainer into a juice
Add lemon drops , black salt/ pink salt for taste
Salad:
Protein source: boiled chicken 200 grams & 2 hard boiled eggs
(You can also replace it with boiled tofu/paneer/chick pea)
Dressing:
Greek / plain yoghurt 100 grams
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp olive oil (i prefer garlic olive oil as it tastes better)
Salt & pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Mix everything together really well and add to your bowl of veggies ✨

The only thing that you will get fat loss is calories deficit.
Try to include protein like chicken, or soy chunks.
Don't eat useless raw salad , ayurveda tells never eat raw veggies like salads .
Try to do cardio and weight lifting.
That's it fat loss achieved
Not easy to get meat in joint family system. Please share high protein recipes for people who cant have meat in all 3 meals daily
