    As a side note: OMAD would be good here, but personally I’d go for a light TWOMAD. Also, while making lunch your heaviest meal is a good idea, this entire day is whack.

  4. I’m going to come at this more empathetically.
    For ANY adult, 1,200 calories is almost never enough to sustain weight loss, let alone life.
    Being in this large of a deficit can be harmful, and the weight will be regained.
    It is more than enough to lose weight in a deficit of just a few hundred to a hundred calories a day, but intuitive eating is the way to go.
    Unless you’re prepping for a competition or photoshoot, this is NEVER worth it.
    I once followed the 1,200 calories and had severe eating disorders. I’ll never go back. Eating too little for too long damaged my health more than it already was.

  8. i think a better approach would be keeping your sandwich open face and saving those calories from the top slice of bread for something later in the day. you'd be holding the sandwich bread one side lettuce the other when eating. also zero cal sweetener better for morning coffee save calories to eat them later

  10. as a 5'2 female, I eat 1,600-1,700 cals a day and still lose weight. Unless for medical reasons advised by a reputable doctor, dont do this.
