    2. Walking shoes.
    3. Treadmill.

    Most "fat-burning" pills are really just expensive caffeine pills. You can just drink coffee or caffeinated diet soda for significantly less money.

  6. I couldnt digest whey so I used a lactase suppliment with it for a week and a half and i was able to digest it fine after that, that was 12 years ago.

    Does Core Hard induce sleep? I work 24 hour shifts at a fire station and have to get up some nights. Donโ€™t need to be groggy any more than I have too.
