Ok, that is a recipe I can stand behind. No 5 different pans, no 3 extra glasses for different ingridients, no barbeque grill used in the middle. One pan, one plate. Quick to clean.

Ingredients:
1 package (7 oz) Shirataki noodles
1 cup cooked, diced chicken breast (about 4 oz)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
1/2 cup broccoli florets
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a bit of heat)
Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Shirataki Noodles:
Drain the Shirataki noodles from the package and rinse them under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

I love that this channel is so health-centric except for your scorched non stick pan which is most certainly giving you cancer. Please throw it away and get a new one and donāt use a non stick pan that is scorched like that ever again.
such a good recipe. It adds a bit of calories, but using a broth instead of water makes the pushes the sauce even further into one of my personal favorites. I also reccomend cooking onions first if you like your onions to be at the starting stages of caramelizing cause that is my favorite way to eat onions
Anybody experienced extreme stomachache after eating this noodle? I love the taste, but it gave me extreme bloating to the point it's inedible to me anymore. Not to mention after eating this, I always need to poo and I excreted liquid instead. I wish there would be a way on how to process this noodle so that I don't feel any bloating or stomachache

Love these noodles (for dieting, not really for taste lol) but Iām afraid to eat them on a regular basis. They have a ton of water-soluble fiber and if you donāt consume enough water while eating them, they may eventually obstruct the intestines/bowels and require a hospital visit. If you are not used to a high fiber diet you probably shouldnāt eat an entire package of these to begin with; start with small portions and eventually work your way up if necessary. I always put far less on my plate than I think I want because itās very filling.
