I imagine those are fibers that bind fat, and if you are 250g of butter there is no way that these pills will bind 25%. What I imagine how it works is that the fibers can bind a certain amount of fat and the medial amount of fat in a meal is calculated and 25% of that amount is what the pills can bind.
