  4. It actually works, but you have to do it for a while. Let me explain. Basically whenever you take it, you will have to go to the bathroom which makes you have weight loss. This is called the trifecta weight loss experiment. Iโ€™m pretty sure. Anyways you will have to go to the bathroom and you take this almost every time before eating, which will make you have to use the bathroom, which will make you lose pounds.

  7. I can't confirm the weight loss, but yes, It soothes my stomach! I can't drink either black coffee or hot water with lemon. Both give me acidity. But drinking black coffee with lemon has a great effect on both my body and mood. Drinking it first thing in the morning makes me feel good. I had the same problem with apple cider vinegar or chia seeds. Taking both of these separately gave me acidity but drinking both of these together soothes my stomach. And if your stomach is functioning properly, your mood is automatically uplifted. ๐Ÿ˜Š
