I drink 10 cups of plain coffee a day no sugar no milk, I don't really eat and then when I do it's only like a packet or noodles and sweetcorn lol ( I have a condition in which my body rejects most foods and makes me vomit aggressively) but don't understand how nothink works I also walk 5 to 10k step per day
