  1. I am not going to lie… I thought it tasted really bad… like a 3/10 but I added some ice, lemon juice and honey and now it tastes like a 9/10 and yes, Ik honey sounds like it’s messing up the whole point of a healthy smoothie, but honey I actually very good for you so yeah 🙂

  2. Terrible idea. Lectins, oxilates galore! Not good. That's essentially an inflammatory smoothie.

  3. ADD some chia seeds into it,they are packed with nutrients and expand 20x their size, making you feel even fuller.
