  23. I started eating a lot more meat. I used to eat a lot of chicken but not interested in that now. I don’t know why. I made myself start eating meat. After a day I have more energy feel better. I try not to eat any suger but Monk Fruit is the best. My gut has leveled out, I have lost 5lbs in a week. Now am fast walking and feeling good. I turned 78 in June. I do eat vegetables every other day. Dr Berry is the best 🎉🎉🎉
