  1. To clean my body of toxiants and loose belly fat, I do a hydrocolonic once a week, exercise and eat healthy. I add 2 teaspoon of ACV to my bottle water and drink once a day. Too much ACV in one day is not good or you. You can also take 2 teaspoon of it in the morning w/o water. Whichever you choose. IT WORKS❗Adding lemon to water you drink throughout the day is beneficial as well.

  5. I've been drinking this juice and it does not cause any weight loss . However it makes poop easy . It doesn't cause diarrhea. It jus adds good fiber to your gut like any other fruits .

  6. One thing is not clear to me. How often do you need to drink this? Can you drink the 2 liters throughout the day? I dont have time to make this everyday. Any tips on making more? How long will it last in fridge or should i freeze? Can i do 1x per mo? And something a little easier daily?
