  11. I got rid of the extra pounds I gained turning 50. It is no big deal. Get on keto diet and do fasting. All it takes is to skip breakfast and not eat between meals and eat then dinner.and no more food Also exercise of course. I don't agree that we gain weight just because we get older. It is the years of fat that has accumulated in the liver from a lifetime of excess carbs and sugar and alchohol that makes weight gain and combiined with a lack of activity.

So for women it is especially important not to focus on weight loss but instead to prioritise on naturally working off that belly fat: focusing on the building and STRETCHING too our muscles and naturally burning off the fat. On top of all these, each woman is very different in anatomy. Each ethnicity is very different in anatomy. So what might be too much body-weight for one woman is normal for an other one. And vica versa, what might be too less body-weight for one woman is perhaps normal for an other woman.

  15. Going 5/6 days without food is just crazy! I do not eat anything all day till 5pm and I find it hard enough, let alone 6 day's! Doing what I am doing these past two months, I have lost a stone and a half! No point rushing and punishing your body, when one can be sensible and do what body/fasting you can take, but I wouldn't push myself/yourself, just do what you can!

What the doctor at point number 2 does not want to say, probably for legal purposes is that when u remove natural sugars from anything and replace with artificial sugars such as SWEETNERS is that u are now consuming a chemical. If it's not natural and does not naturally occur in the food it is a chemical made to enhance flavour or shelf life. These sweetners are WORSE than sugar and affects the brain and body DRAMATICALLY! Look up the ingredient in your sugar free food and drinks. ASPARTAME surculous and Saccharine are all harmful poisons. Read and reaseach ur food labels and ingredients! It's all about money. The government pretend to be doing right by us by saying low sugar no sugar using cheaper and worse ingredients for PROFITS! 😢

I haven't done my affirmations in too long. This was my sign to start back up. They work wonders and I feel so good about myself when I do them.
