    now I know I’m younger but I will never ever go to extreme lengths to lose weight like EDs or Fasting
    1. Switch out crunchy salty foods for vegetables like tomatoes cucumbers and peppers etc I like to put salt on my cucumbers it makes them really good

    2. Don’t eat till you feel like a balloon try to eat slower or at a regulated level you can help this by talking to someone on the phone or in person ps(your body has the ability to stop)
