  9. started doing these beginner workouts everyday since 10/15/2024 along with eating better and calorie deficit. currently at 190lbs (86.18 kg) and my goal is to get back to 140lbs (63.5kg). also doing these with PCOS and working a 9-5 desk job so it will be hard. but really want to get back into fitting in M size clothing, esp for work 🙂

Hi Jo I can't lose weight because I take it antidepresive paroxetin and i gain weight 74 before I take paroxetin I if been with weight 53 but now I am with weight 74 I am fat I stop take paroxetin but again I can't lose weight I try it with diet with exercise and nothing help what to do help ?
